Paint Club Membership Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions are entered into by and between You (“Client” or “You”) and Heart for Art NZ (“we”, or “us”).
We agree to provide you with access to the Membership “Paint Club Membership + Bonus: Painting Success Path Program” (“Membership”). As a condition of participating in the Membership, you agree to be bound by and to abide by all policies and procedures set out in this Agreement and all Guidelines and Rules set out inside the membership.
We reserve the right to cancel your membership if you fail to abide by our policies, procedures or guidelines and rules.
Fees
By completing a membership purchase you agree to pay the following fees based upon the payment option you chose at the time of purchase.
Monthly Membership. You shall make monthly payments of $33, with the first payment due immediately.
Annual Membership. You shall make annual payments of $330, with the first payment due immediately.
These payments will continue automatically each month or year (depending on your subscription choice) on the same day you joined until you cancel your subscription to the Membership according to the Membership's Cancellation Policy set out below.
Payment Plan Authorisation
You hereby authorise the Company to charge your credit card or debit card automatically according to the terms set forth in the Fees section above.
Your payment details will be stored on a secure server for future payments.
Cancellation Policy
The Membership is offered on an ongoing basis with a monthly or yearly subscription. There is no contract. You may cancel subscriptions at any time by emailing silke@heartforart.co.nz
All memberships are sold on a no refund or exchange basis.
By completing any purchase from us you agree to all our websites Terms and Conditions.
Our paintings belong to us. All our paintings are created especially for you to enjoy during your online painting session only. We (Heart for Art) hold the copyright and intellectual property for all our paintings and any notes or videos that go with them, so you can’t reuse or reproduce them in any form, anywhere, no matter how much you like them.
